Swimming Cancelled 

Unfortunately, we were not able to secure another time for swimming lessons for this school year.  We are looking to schedule lessons early next school year.  Refunds will be issued shortly.  

Spring Clothing 

With the spring weather, students are often becoming wet after lunch.  Please consider adding a pair of dry socks and/or pants to your child’s backpack. 

Grade 1 Assembly 

We would like to invite Grade 1 families to join us in the gymnasium on Thursday, April 10th at 10:30 for a Celebration of Learning.  

2025/2026 School Year 

If you are not planning on attending school at James Short Memorial School next year, please let us know.  This helps as we look forward to plan for student success. 

Volunteers Needed 

We are excited to share that we will be doing a whole school field trip to Studio Bell on April 22, 23 and 24th. Field Trip forms will be coming home next week, if you are available to volunteer on your child’s field trip day we would be very grateful.
